The Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms. Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing from us, as it will apply to any order you place from our store.

Delivery Times
We ship worldwide and follow the estimated delivery times for all orders listed in the table below:

Please note: these times are measured from order processing to delivery. Processing times may vary, and delays can occur during busy periods. Some regions may receive orders faster than the stated timeframes.
These delivery times are standard estimates, not guarantees. If you are placing a time sensitive order, please contact us.
If your order has failed to be delivered within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at support@haidihildemore.com so that we can investigate the issue. Alternatively, you can view our Return and Refund Policy here. It is best to contact us as soon as possible if your order is missing.
Customs delays, strikes, weather disruptions or similar issues may occur outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
We offer worldwide free shipping on all orders.
Please note: free shipping does not include local customs or import charges that may be applicable to certain countries/regions.
Tracking and Signatures
Every order placed is shipped with tracking. You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched, alongside further shipping updates as your order makes its way to you.
Some orders may require a signature depending on the courier and your country/region.
Customs and Import Duties
We use local fulfilment for orders placed in the US, UK and the EU to minimise customs duties and import fees. This means that you should not be charged for import or customs duties if you order from these countries/regions. However, any local VAT, import or customs fees or taxes remain your responsibility in the very rare event of stock routing issues occurring. The final determination is made by the customs office of your country/region in such cases.
For Canada, the EEA, Switzerland and the Rest of the World, we do not prepay customs, import duties or fees for any orders, this is your responsibility as a customer. Please check the rates and thresholds of your country/region before placing an order to make sure you are aware of whether you may be required to pay charges. Any delays to pay such charges can result in the order being returned to us, and in these cases you may be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Prices shown at checkout are final for the goods and shipping charged by us, but any extra customs, import VAT, duties or taxes are not included in these prices.
There is no additional VAT charged on our products by us, although import VAT may be still charged by customs in certain countries/regions, where applicable.
Shipping Couriers
We use a range of couriers to ship your orders, including but not limited to Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS, Warenpost and DHL Paket. This is to ensure that you receive your items as affordably, quickly and reliably as possible.
Providing Accurate Order Details
We ship all orders to the address provided by you. Therefore, it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that the delivery address you enter is complete and accurate. Subject to your statutory rights, courier proof of delivery (GPS tracking or a photograph) may be deemed sufficient evidence of successful delivery if it has accurately arrived at your address.
If the courier has delivered your shipment to the wrong address or has misplaced it during delivery, contact us so that we can investigate the issue. Please check with your neighbour, household members or in any communal safe places before you make your query to allow us to respond as efficiently as possible.
We are unable to remedy incorrect addresses on your behalf once your order has been dispatched. If your order is still being processed, contact us at support@haidihildemore.com to request a change of delivery address. We will do our best to sort the error for you, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be successful. If an incorrect address is provided by you, we can reship the order but you will be responsible for replacement and shipping costs. Please take the time to make sure your delivery details are correct so that you always receive your order.
We accept no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses which are provided by you.
Valid Addresses
We are reliably able to deliver to standard addresses with post/zip codes provided. We do not ship to PO boxes, safe places and parcel lockers. If a PO box address is provided, we will contact you for an alternative delivery address, which may delay delivery. We cannot guarantee that all orders have the option to add alternative delivery instructions, this is dependent on the courier and your country/region.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing, you are eligible for a free replacement. Please view our Return and Refund Policy here to find out more.
Please note: we are not responsible for items that have accurately and successfully been delivered to your address but are subsequently stolen or go missing.
Split Shipments
For multi-item orders, some items may not be shipped together. Unframed prints are usually sent in one package, while framed prints are usually sent individually. This comes at no extra cost to you, and all of the items in your order should still arrive in our standard delivery time window.
Nothing in this shipping policy affects your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law.
