We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders.

What paper and framing are used for Haidi's limited edition prints?
Haidi's limited edition prints are produced using a giclée process on 310gsm Hahnemühle German Etching, printed with archival, ultra-wide gamut inks.
For framed orders, we use FSC®-certified wood frames, fitted with UV-filtering glass (approximately 45%) and an acid-free window mount.
Framed prints arrive ready to hang, while unframed prints are supplied ready for framing of your choice.
How are Haidi's limited edition prints packaged?
All limited edition prints are packaged using sustainable materials, carefully chosen to protect your artwork and minimise our environmental impact.
For all orders, the print and certificate of authenticity are placed inside individual protective sleeves. Unframed prints are then shipped in a sturdy tube.
Framed orders are packaged using recyclable archival foam housed inside a robust cardboard box to protect the frame and glass during transit.
Do all limited edition prints come signed and numbered?
Yes. Every print is digitally signed and numbered in the margin of the artwork as part of our limited edition process. Each order also includes a digitally signed and numbered certificate of authenticity.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, we will provide a free replacement. In the unlikely event of an issue, please get in touch with us here and include a photo of any damage so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

What happens if I want to return or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled at any time before they’re dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
If you would like to return a limited edition print, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To ensure the integrity of each edition, returns are accepted only where prints are returned in their original, undamaged condition. We do not cover return shipping costs.

Do you pay customs duties, import taxes and similar charges?
We do not prepay customs duties or import taxes.
Orders made from the US, UK and the EU are fulfilled locally and are not subject to additional customs charges. For destinations outside these regions, local import and customs fees may apply, depending on your country.

What are the edition sizes for limited prints, and how do I know whether they’re available?
The edition sizes for all limited edition prints are listed on each product page. Availability is updated real time, and once an edition sells out, it will not be reprinted.
